A local representative acts like certificate holder. You need a local Thai company in order to apply for Thailand certifications.

Can Zergo provide a local representative or certificate holder for my application?

If I use Zergo as the local representative, can Zergo authorize any importer I use for product importation in the future?

Zergo cannot authorize any importer for the product importation.

What is the scope of Zergo’s local representative?

If you request Zergo’s local representative, the certificate will be issued in Zergo’s name, held and owned by Zergo. Zergo’s local representative does not respond to the necessary goods declaration, clearances, licenses or any other requirements in order to release goods from customs custody prior to importation, or the submission of requirements after arrival of the goods.
